- 1st Prize in the Inter-School Competition (Solo category) and Consolation Prize in the Group Category, conducted by the Ramana Maharshi Centre for Learning in December 2010.
- IIIrd Prize in the Purandara Compositions category at the competition conducted by Gayana Samaja in August 2010.

Projects
Composers in Carnatic Music, Project for 2010.
This Project was initiated with the objective of enabling the students to obtain a moderate level of understanding of the life and the work of 6 composers in Carnatic Music.
Students were divided into 6 groups and each group was assigned a composer about whom they were required to research and thereafter present papers on the following composers. The composers selected for this project were :
- Saint Thyagaraja
- Shyama Shastry
- Swathi Thirunal
- Saint Purandaradasa
- Uthukkaadu Venkata Kavi
- Papanasam Sivan
The presentation papers dealt with the following elements
- Life of the composer
- Events in the life of the composer
- Famous compositions
Students presented their papers to an audience comprising of the other students and their parents. Smt Usha Srinivasan elaborated on the styles and various other features of the composers and also performed some of the kritis to provide a practical flavor to the project.

Students speak
I joined ESwaralaya after a gap of 23 years in music-like reliving the past and regained confidence in singing after I started my training under Smt. Usha Srinivasan. It is not music alone what she teaches. Being her student you learn discipline, commitment, hard work and time management – which are necessary in our day today life as well. ESwaralaya is the platform for young children aspiring to become music professionals.
Parvathy Mohan
My Guru Smt Usha Srinivasan helps me to sing and also understand how to sing. She corrects me when I am wrong and teaches me how to sing with the right gamakas. In the class, she always makes everyone to sing individually to correct any mistakes that we make. My Guru is also very kind and loving to everyone.
Sneha Simon
I am very proud to say that I am learning Carnatic music in ESwaralaya under my teacher Smt Usha Srinivasan. Only after I joined ESwaralaya I got a taste of classical music. Thanks to my teacher’s guidance and blessings and the excellent training I have received from my teacher, I have been able to participate in various music competitions and programmes and perform well.

Music has always been a part of my life. I am from Kerala and moved to Bangalore a few years back. I had been learning music since I was a child. When I came to Bangalore it took me a while to find a good carnatic music teacher. I luckily got introduced to Smt Usha Srinivasan who has tremendous knowledge of music and is an extremely good teacher as well. I am very happy that I am a student of Ms Usha srinivasan and proud to be a part of "Eswaralya Foundation".
Sumi Krishnan
I have been learning carnatic music under my Guru, Smt. Usha Srinivasan since 2007. She is extremely dedicated to teaching - if we do not get a swara, she continues to work with us till we get it right. She is also particular about regular attendance, punctuality and dress code in her classes and always explains to us why these are also an important part of learning music. Under her guidance, I have achieved success and recognition.
In addition to music, she also teaches many moral values which have helped me to improve my personal character.
K.Raaga
Smt. Usha Srinivasan has been our teacher for close to one year and what we learn is much more than music in her classes. Her mere presence demands respect, the respect that is derived out of her music and the interest in teaching. We attend the classes for the sheer joy of not having to go through any monotony may it be as part of the curriculum or any special songs that is taught for special occasions. The stress on the subtleties and sheer no-compromise on the quality drives us to become the best across all levels. Overall, we take great pride in saying we are students of Usha Srinivasan.
