- Consolation Prize in the Vocal (Senior category) competition conducted by the Swararnava Sangeetha Shaala in January 2011.
- 1st Prize in the Inter-School Competition (Solo category) and Consolation Prize in the Group Category, conducted by the Ramana Maharshi Centre for Learning in December 2010.
- IIIrd Prize in the Purandara Compositions category at the competition conducted by Gayana Samaja in August 2010.
- Consolation Prize in the Inter-School Competition (Vocal category), conducted by ISKCON in August 2010.

Sneha Simon, student since 2005 has won
- 1st Prize in the Vocal Music Competition conducted by the Nadasurabhi Cultural Association in May 2010.
- 1st Prize in the 2010-11 and 2009-10 Annual Cultural Competition (Vocal), conducted by the National Public School, HSR Layout.
- 1st Prize in the Sri Anoor Ramakrishna & Sri Ulsoor Chandrasekhar Memorial Competition conducted by SAMA in December 2009.
- IIIrd Prize in the Purandara Compositions category at the competition conducted by the Gayana Samaja in August 2009.

- Trophy at the Rajyothsava celeberation - music competition conducted by the Karnataka Rakshana Vedike in December 2010.
- Trophy at the Chembai Sangeetholsavam conducted by the Guruvayoor Temple in November 2010.
- 1st Prize at the Singing competition as part of the Durga Puja Celebrations conducted by the SEA College in October 2010.
- Consolation Prize at the All Bangalore School Competition conducted by ISKCON in August 2010.

This Project was initiated with the objective of enabling the students to obtain a moderate level of understanding of the life and the work of 6 composers in Carnatic Music.
Students were divided into 6 groups and each group was assigned a composer about whom they were required to research and thereafter present papers on the following composers. The composers selected for this project were :
- Saint Thyagaraja
- Shyama Shastry
- Swathi Thirunal
- Saint Purandaradasa
- Uthukkaadu Venkata Kavi
- Papanasam Sivan
The presentation papers dealt with the following elements
- Life of the composer
- Events in the life of the composer
- Famous compositions
Students presented their papers to an audience comprising of the other students and their parents. Smt Usha Srinivasan elaborated on the styles and various other features of the composers and also performed some of the kritis to provide a practical flavor to the project.
