My daughter has been associated with Usha Mam for almost 3.5 years. Many may wonder as I referred my daughter’s association with Usha mam instead of music. Mams music skills, talents are in no words to compare. Usha Mam is a lady of Gurukulum, beyond music she nurtures lots of characteristic qualities in oneself not only among students but among parents as well. Mam’s organised structure, disciplined approach, encouraging talks, skillful appearance and lots more has always been projecting her as a role model teacher.

My daughter started her music at the age of 2.5 years. Though she went ahead with her music lessons before joining eSwaralaya, I would strongly say her learning was only quantitative and not qualitative. After joining mam, my daughters approach towards music, love for music and discipline added respect for her mam as well as towards music has taken a different shape which is mind blowing especially with Usha mam.

I am quite happy that my daughter is quite lucky enough to be blessed with such a wonderful legendary guru.

Shreya and Diya

Shreya and Diya had been learning music from Guru Smt. Usha Srinivasan in Bangalore since 2012. Since we had to relocate to Hyderabad, we approached Mam' regarding the possibility of conducting the classes over Skype, to our happiness she agreed. Over the last year they are learning over Skype. If at all something has changed, they are all positive. Shreya and Diya have been learning faster and they are able to get their mistakes corrected quickly. The amount of rigour they go through in learning the basics is commendable.

Thanks to Smt. Usha Srinivasan for accepting our kids as her disciples.

Varun Srinivas

My son's experience with the online carnatic vocal music classes with Usha mam has been most memorable an satisfying moments. When I close my eyes during the online music classes and listen to her I never felt we are continents apart, it is the most wonderful music learning experience right from my motherland. She provides an excellent vocal training through the online voice singing classes, music books an makes my son understand Carnatic music theory. She is undoubtedly an extraordinary teacher not just for music but for instilling good behaviour, hard work and honesty in kids.

My son and I will be indebted to her for all her efforts.
